Aronson & Company is a consulting law firm, which helps clients establish commercial relationships with the Federal Government. Among other things, Aronson & Company helps clients get the GSA schedule.

DSI developed a web-based application that allowed customers to access their GSA application on the Internet. The customers could enter information directly on the web, and at the same time know the status of their application. The program directs the user to fill in the information, and gives them a brief summary of remaining information required to be submitted.

Internally, on the intranet, the system allows users to follow up with clients and record their observations in a central database, so that any other internal user has access to the current status of every client. When the data required for the GSA application is complete the program generates all the paperwork required for submission to the Federal Government

This program improved the clients business processes by consolidating various functions into one web application. The software program drastically reduced the time required to prepare the documentation by automating the process.

Customer relationships were also improved by reducing turn-around time, and also by giving customers complete access to their GSA data and application status.
