Convergys is a market research company that undertook this project for Cincinnati Bell Corp. Convergy's assigned us to collect data and analyze it for marketing research. DSI entered data into a database and then created data cubes for analysis.

We designed the complete application, including data-entry strings, data structure, and reporting tools to generate custom reports.

We were responsible for entering data, quality assurance checks on data accuracy, and generating standard reports. We also designed custom reports as and when needed by the client.
