Proposal Generation System for Management Consulting Company
: |
 |
Our client had a set of two hundred
questions in varying formats that needed to be answered
by geographically distributed customers over a protracted
period. |
 |
Based on the client's inputs, the application
processed these details and generated sets of proposals
for the federal government. |
 |
Depending on various choices, the pages
presented to the user varied. These pages were generated
dynamically using scripts. |
 |
The application was completely browser-based
for both the company's intranet and their clients on the
Internet. |
 |
The application remembered where the
user ended their last session, and informed each user
what information was needed to complete the processing
of the request. The application provided communication
through custom e-mails and automated mail dispatches to
clients. |
 |
This application was developed using
COM objects deployed on an IIS Server with front-end presentation
using ASP. A MS SQL Server 2000 database was used for
data storage. |
